A catalyst is a substance that speeds up a chemical reaction, or lowers the temperature or pressure needed to start one, without itself being consumed during the reaction.
I’m Anu Bhatnagar, and as I have complete over 2 decades in the international MICE industry, I find myself reflecting on a journey that has been anything but conventional. My path has taken me through the worlds of strategic publicity, reputation leadership, global events, and deep personal transformation—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I work at the intersection of advisor, mentor, and healer. I like to describe myself as a catalyst—someone who is present, who listens deeply, and who facilitates meaningful shifts in how CEOs, boards, and leaders think, write, speak, and show up for their businesses and communities.
